Flights cancelled for the 6:50 am 2/2 departure on United/Ethiopian air affecting 5 ICU nurses and 2 step down nurses. Immediate rebooking efforts underway, but I am thinking we need to rebook for Friday to be safe. Nurses will be contacted individually for rebooking options.

    First group rebooked cheerfully and ready to go with just 48 hour delay. I love how willing everyone is to help out and is concerned about how Leslie and I are holding up. Actually I am doing great because Leslie gave me chocolate for Christmas...I have a fireplace and my computer...I know I cannot get anywhere....except to shovel.....Life is good. Tomorrow is another day. Besides, I took it out on the person that never answers their email. ....

    Thanks for taking such good care of us...you and Les are always so calm in the face of adversity!!!! Will try to get extra sleep so we will be ready for the race when we hit Kigali!! Keep us posted on rest of team...
